

Rachel Burston
Rachel brings a background in leadership, high-performance athletics, and community engagement, with a passion for fostering growth and impact. She spent 18 years as an athlete, including five competing at the Division 1 level, training over 30 hours a week and contributing to two ACC Championship-winning teams in 2017 and 2018. She also achieved a #4 NCAA Division 1 ranking and was recognized as an All-ACC Academic honoree.
After earning a degree in Sociology with a concentration in Psychology and Forensic Science from North Carolina State University, Rachel transitioned her competitive mindset into youth development and community initiatives. At the Boys and Girls Club, she led programs focused on mentorship, teamwork, and leadership development, including STEM and Street SMART initiatives. She also played a key role in organizing community events and fundraising efforts to expand the club’s reach.
At Artemist Advisory Group, Rachel applies her experience in leadership, problem-solving, and team dynamics to support the firm’s mission. Her background in high-performance environments and her ability to build strong relationships allow her to bring a unique perspective to every challenge.
